- I sell phones — do I need separate plastic, e-waste, and battery registrations?
- Yes. Three rule sets, three CPCB portals, three quarterly return cadences. Phones embed Li-ion (BWMR), are EEE (EWMR), and ship in plastic packaging (PWM). The multi-category calculator surfaces all three obligations.
- EV battery-as-a-service — who owns the EPR liability?
