This is a stub privacy notice for Phase 1 of EPRHQ. A full policy aligned with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 will be published before paid plans open.
What we collect today
- Anonymous calculator submissions (inputs, results, financial year, timestamp).
- Email address — only if you voluntarily request the breakdown PDF or EPR update digest.
- Standard server access logs (IP address, user agent) for security and abuse detection.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share individual submissions with third parties beyond essential infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel, Resend).
- We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Your rights
Email founder@eprhq.in to request access, correction, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you.
